Passionate about helping businesses expand into the Asia-Pacific region, I founded Horizons in 2018. We've built a global hiring platform that allows companies to hire anyone, anywhere. Our technology handles onboarding, contracts, payments, compliance and benefits. In 2026, we've rebranded to Remote People.

Today, with a team of over 300+ team members, we've passed $50M ARR in early 2026. Remote People has established itself as one of the leading players in the EOR and global payroll space. Plus, we're still 100% bootstrapped. As a 45% shareholder, I remain a Board Member to oversee the CEO and executive management.

Alongside building Horizons/Remote People, I’ve been actively angel investing in early-stage software startups, particularly in the global payments and marketplace space. I love partnering with bold, high-energy founders who genuinely believe they can move mountains and reshape the world.

Whenever I'm not working, I love to surf, play golf or tennis, travel the world or read a novel.
